This message is in regards to the exceptional care and service provided by Ken Nguyen. Back in August 2017 I was impressed by Ken, prior to meeting him based on the detailed research he conducted of my home in the Montgomery community. I probably had a dozen realtors solicit the home by leaving generic business cards or canned letters. When your real estate investor, you need the right team on your side and having Ken on your team, whether you are purchasing or selling is an asset. He works extremely hard and always gives honest advice, he will not push you to close a deal. I met a lot of Realtors over the years, for some it's all the numbers game for Ken it's about finding the right solution for the client, whether you are buying a starter home or a million-dollar home he will treat you same. My parent and I was looking for a property that have investment protential. After the meet up with Ken, we begin viewing different type and size of property within our budget range. He gives professional opinions and willing to go for the extra mile (like letting us know we don't have to waste money to do certain renovation to get what we want when there is property around the area thats already done at a similar price). What I like him the best is that he doesn't rush you. He even recommend that you should take your time and view more before you make your decisions. Ken sold our hose in July of 2018 in 48 hours. Amazing. In Sept of 2019 he sold our rental townhouse in a downturned economy with a saturated level of available units.
