My parent and I was looking for a property that have investment protential. After the meet up with Ken, we begin viewing different type and size of property within our budget range. He gives professional opinions and willing to go for the extra mile (like letting us know we don't have to waste money to do certain renovation to get what we want when there is property around the area thats already done at a similar price). What I like him the best is that he doesn't rush you. He even recommend that you should take your time and view more before you make your decisions. We had experience with other agent who rush and pressure you to put in a offer now or else it's gone tomorrow after viewing 1-3 houses. Definitely recommend him especially new buyer.

This message is in regards to the exceptional care and service provided by Ken Nguyen. Back in August 2017 I was impressed by Ken, prior to meeting him based on the detailed research he conducted of my home in the Montgomery community. I probably had a dozen realtors solicit the home by leaving generic business cards or canned letters. Ken stood out from the others as he provided a personalized letter, statistics on recently sold or listed homes within the area and potential of my home if listed. I contacted Ken and within the same day he met with us to propose his intentions and plan in selling our home. The market was disappointing as we had to re-list a couple of times until the home sold in November. Ken remained optimistic and worked hard in setting up showings and viewings for prospects of a duplex/condo for me to buy. The sale of my home not only had challenges surrounding legal matters (i.e. restricted covenant served on my neighbor's home as they too were selling) and personal matters that involved my estranged husband with severe health issues.
