Back in August 2017 I was impressed by Ken, prior to meeting him based on the detailed research he conducted of my home in the Montgomery community. I probably had a dozen realtors solicit the home by leaving generic business cards or canned letters. Ken stood out from the others as he provided a personalized letter, statistics on recently sold or listed homes within the area and potential of my home if listed. I contacted Ken and within the same day he met with us to propose his intentions and plan in selling our home. The market was disappointing as we had to re-list a couple of times until the home sold in November.
