When your real estate investor, you need the right team on your side and having Ken on your team, whether you are purchasing or selling is an asset. He works extremely hard and always gives honest advice, he will not push you to close a deal. Ken sold our hose in July of 2018 in 48 hours. Amazing. In Sept of 2019 he sold our rental townhouse in a downturned economy with a saturated level of available units.
