Ken sold our hose in July of 2018 in 48 hours. Amazing. In Sept of 2019 he sold our rental townhouse in a downturned economy with a saturated level of available units. My parent and I was looking for a property that have investment protential. After the meet up with Ken, we begin viewing different type and size of property within our budget range. He gives professional opinions and willing to go for the extra mile (like letting us know we don't have to waste money to do certain renovation to get what we want when there is property around the area thats already done at a similar price). What I like him the best is that he doesn't rush you. He even recommend that you should take your time and view more before you make your decisions. We had experience with other agent who rush and pressure you to put in a offer now or else it's gone tomorrow after viewing 1-3 houses. Definitely recommend him especially new buyer.
