He gives professional opinions and willing to go for the extra mile (like letting us know we don't have to waste money to do certain renovation to get what we want when there is property around the area thats already done at a similar price). What I like him the best is that he doesn't rush you. He even recommend that you should take your time and view more before you make your decisions. Ken sold our hose in July of 2018 in 48 hours. Amazing. In Sept of 2019 he sold our rental townhouse in a downturned economy with a saturated level of available units. We worked with Ken to purchase our new home here in Calgary. We were unsure exactly on what community and what kind of house we are looking for. We needed to see many properties to make our decision.
