The market was disappointing as we had to re-list a couple of times until the home sold in November. I had to move from Edmonton to Calgary due to work. Ken was the one I chose among many realtors I interviewed mainly due to my college’s recommendation and now I can tell it was the right choice. Due to my limitation (as I was in Edmonton and I had to move in a short period), I had a very tight schedule for house hunting. From the beginning, Ken understood my situation/needs and he managed his schedule and supported my family to show as many houses as possible within a short period time. My parent and I was looking for a property that have investment protential. After the meet up with Ken, we begin viewing different type and size of property within our budget range. He gives professional opinions and willing to go for the extra mile (like letting us know we don't have to waste money to do certain renovation to get what we want when there is property around the area thats already done at a similar price). What I like him the best is that he doesn't rush you. He even recommend that you should take your time and view more before you make your decisions.
