Back in August 2017 I was impressed by Ken, prior to meeting him based on the detailed research he conducted of my home in the Montgomery community. I probably had a dozen realtors solicit the home by leaving generic business cards or canned letters. Ken stood out from the others as he provided a personalized letter, statistics on recently sold or listed homes within the area and potential of my home if listed.
