Ken has been an absolute pleasure to deal with! He never got flustered or perturbed no matter how many homes he showed me lol! He has a solid knowledge base and if he doesn’t know something he’s honest about that and he will tirelessly search for the answers no mater how long it takes him! We worked with Ken to purchase our new home here in Calgary. We were unsure exactly on what community and what kind of house we are looking for. We needed to see many properties to make our decision. We needed patience and Ken was the realtor to give us all the patience we need with no hesitation. He was always there for us. Never missed an appointment and never declined a request for us to view a house. With Ken, we saw well over 35 houses across Calgary (may be more, I lost track) and not a single time Ken made us feel bad about it. He will always come with information sheet about the house and a history sheet showing all previous transactions done on the house. Most of these showings were on a short notice from us and Ken never declined. In addition, we have been through several biddings, Ken has never pushed us to go beyond what he thinks the house is worth. Yes, we lost biddings but I always appreciated him not pushing us into paying more just to close a deal. He will always say what he thinks the house is worth and leave it up to us to decide on a purchase price without a single push... it didn’t stop there. Ken is a realtor who is caring, patient, professional, honest and generous. We are so happy to have him as our realtor. I would highly recommend him.

My experience working with Ken to buy our new home was nothing short of excellent! My parent and I was looking for a property that have investment protential. After the meet up with Ken, we begin viewing different type and size of property within our budget range. He gives professional opinions and willing to go for the extra mile (like letting us know we don't have to waste money to do certain renovation to get what we want when there is property around the area thats already done at a similar price).
