This message is in regards to the exceptional care and service provided by Ken Nguyen. Back in August 2017 I was impressed by Ken, prior to meeting him based on the detailed research he conducted of my home in the Montgomery community. I probably had a dozen realtors solicit the home by leaving generic business cards or canned letters. Ken stood out from the others as he provided a personalized letter, statistics on recently sold or listed homes within the area and potential of my home if listed. I contacted Ken and within the same day he met with us to propose his intentions and plan in selling our home. The market was disappointing as we had to re-list a couple of times until the home sold in November. Ken remained optimistic and worked hard in setting up showings and viewings for prospects of a duplex/condo for me to buy. The sale of my home not only had challenges surrounding legal matters (i.e. restricted covenant served on my neighbor's home as they too were selling) and personal matters that involved my estranged husband with severe health issues. Ken was compassionate, understanding and non-judgmental throughout the entire process. We worked with Ken to purchase our new home here in Calgary. We were unsure exactly on what community and what kind of house we are looking for. We needed to see many properties to make our decision. We needed patience and Ken was the realtor to give us all the patience we need with no hesitation. He was always there for us. Never missed an appointment and never declined a request for us to view a house. With Ken, we saw well over 35 houses across Calgary (may be more, I lost track) and not a single time Ken made us feel bad about it. He will always come with information sheet about the house and a history sheet showing all previous transactions done on the house. Most of these showings were on a short notice from us and Ken never declined. In addition, we have been through several biddings, Ken has never pushed us to go beyond what he thinks the house is worth. Yes, we lost biddings but I always appreciated him not pushing us into paying more just to close a deal. He will always say what he thinks the house is worth and leave it up to us to decide on a purchase price without a single push... it didn’t stop there. Ken represented us in our purchase in the inner city and could not have been more easy and great to work with. He was extremely honest and open and provided great details and feedback about the community and the home. When your real estate investor, you need the right team on your side and having Ken on your team, whether you are purchasing or selling is an asset. He works extremely hard and always gives honest advice, he will not push you to close a deal. I met a lot of Realtors over the years, for some it's all the numbers game for Ken it's about finding the right solution for the client, whether you are buying a starter home or a million-dollar home he will treat you same. He always replies to his phone, text, email. He showed me lots of properties around the city, sometimes, 5-6 showings a day.

Ken sold my old house within one week at my desired price, and also helped me got my new house at price of 10% lower than city assessment. His professionalism, knowledge, honesty, and hard work ethic are much respected and appreciated. I never felt that he was just trying to sell me a house but help me to make the best decision for me and my family. I strongly recommend him to anyone.
